We have significantly enhanced the logistics division,
with great satisfaction. Today our warehouses cover
35,000 square meters, compared to 25,000 previously.
Logistics goes hand in hand with service, and for this
reason we are investing heavily to guarantee what clients
demand uncompromisingly: service and expertise.
The use of IT is indispensable, so we have assigned a
highly specialized manager in modern management
techniques to support our logistics director. Thanks to a
team of 12 people dedicated to order management and
documentation, we can provide our clients with almost
obsessive control over shipments, both at departure
and at destination.
EM: In recent years you have focused increasingly
on distribution in Italy. How have you structured
this sector?
CG: We have two divisions. The first is mass market,
where we operate with both exclusively distributed
brands and proprietary ones. Our sales force, made
